James L. Gryczewski has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Tax Preparation/Bookkeeping, and Entrepreneurship.
He has an M.B.A in Finance (Keller Graduate School of Management-1996), a B.A. in Accounting (Governors State Universty-1983), and a A.A. in Business (South Suburban College-1982).
He was an adjunct professor at Ottawa Universtiy from 1998-2007. There he taught courses in:

- Planning and Budgeting
- Managerial Economics
- Financial Administration
- General Accounting
- Cost Accounting
- Auditing
Jim has purchased, grown, and sold three accounting and tax offices to a major corporation. This occurred over a six year span and culminated in a sale yielding a 16% return.
He formed and developed a Professional Employer Organization (outsourced Human Resource department). At its apex, operations occurred simultaneously in seven states. In 2007, it was named "One of the Ten Fastest Growing Mid-Market Businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin" by Small Business Times. At its peak, revenues reached $17 million!
Jime has prepared an estimated 7,000 personal, corporate, and trust tax returns. Of the 42 states that require state tax returns, Jim is familiar with approximately half of those states.
